  2. Using words without stories… mmm… I don’t know how to do that yet. I live in 100% transference and 80% cognitive impairment. All words trigger my past. When you said, let it go, I didn’t know how. I am playing the meditation on loop for about 2 hours. I’ll study and investigage my mind.

It is as if you are all the way over here in the United States, experiencing where I am with my neighbor across the street lol I have learned so much in spite of the fact that there’s been a lot of pain between the two of us, and instead of looking at the situation as a problem, I look at it as a challenge, or an opportunity to grow further spiritually…. you hit the nail on the head when you switch it around and find compassion for someone you’re giving it to yourself as well rather than to revert back to egoic thoughts that do nothing but cause a great deal of distress and even though that other person doesn’t hear your thoughts or doesn’t listen to your words that you may speak, the negative vibration is still there… what a way more productive means of viewing another person, because we are all mirrors of one another… so by doing what you’re suggesting, is a whole new way for me, for I have learned differently, and this way feels very genuine to my true nature…. Love it. ❤
